Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Rate: $35-$45 per hour (DOE)
Location: Office in Maltby with projects throughout King and Snohomish Countries

Job Description
We are seeking experienced excavation equipment operators with the ability to read and interpret site plans and work with City officials. This role requires managing a small crew, coordinating material needs, completing daily paperwork, and keeping jobsites organized and clean.

Work Scope
This position focuses on excavation work for residential, civil, and small commercial projects. Duties include excavation, trenching, utility work, and site preparation. Candidates must have strong knowledge of trench safety, experience with various soil types, and hands-on experience using shoring systems. Expect frequent work in active roadways.

Job Location
Jobsites are typically located on the Eastside, including Redmond, Kirkland, and Bellevue, as well as in Seattle. Projects may also extend throughout the greater Puget Sound area.
